As Commercial, Industrial and Residential Contract builders our construction portfolio includes many Schools, Banks, Motels, Offices, Factory buildings, Houses and Hospitality buildings through to smaller projects under the supervision of Architects and Government Departments.

Essential to the Building Industry we have total commitment to the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System. We are certified and fulfill the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 for the construction of commercial, industrial and Government projects. We are on the select tender list of the Department of Commerce and NSW Health Department.

We have a dedicated staff of employees including Office & Administration, Project Managers, Foreman, OHS & Quality Control Managers, Estimators, Tradesmen and Apprentices. We pride ourselves on maintaining high quality training standards for all our staff and ensure we establish an equal opportunity workforce and environment. We also have a broad base of committed Sub-Contractors with whom we have long-standing relationships formed over many years.

Directors
The Directors both had extensive experience in the Construction Industry prior to becoming Directors of the business in 1995. They continue to be directly involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the business.

Under John’s leadership HQ Constructions has completed a diverse portfolio of projects in Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential. HQ has built project ranging in size up to $5 mill. these include:-
Carlingford Public School- Refurbishment to the Administration Block including Library, Hall and Five classrooms. Arncliffe Public School- New Hall, COLA and Carpark, Commonwealth Bank Hurstville- New two storey Bank. The Kings School- New Drama Theatre Cumberland College of Health Science- New four storey teaching Building NSW Police Memorial Wall

Chris Brown
As a director of HQ Constructions Chris has been instrumental in establishing a wider client base as well as instigating the development of Management Systems which meet current industry standards.
