Manly Hospital
This project involved the extension and refurbishment of the existing Psycho Geriatric Unit within the existing hospital. Co-ordination with the Hospital engineers and staff was a crucial component to the successful planning and completion of this project.

Byrnes Building, Dalwood Childrens Home, Seaforth
The construction of a new childcare assessment Building. Including Soft fall area, stormwater detention tank, retaining walls, fencing and roadway make up the external works.

Lourdes Nursing Home, Killara
Upgrade part of existing fully operational Nursing Home to provide extra services for residents including new dining facilities, additional ensuite bathrooms and upgrading staff amenities.

Cardinal Freeman Nursing Home
Refurbish part of the existing Nursing Home to provide extra services for residents including upgrading to achieve current BCA Compliance.

Camden Hospital
Renovation and extension of the existing maternity Heritage Building to create additional administration offices and the construction of new roadways and 80 vehicle carpark.

Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick
Alterations and Refurbishment of Mental Health Inpatient Services Ward on the third floor within the hospital. Shutdown of services had to be programmed well in advance to minimise disruption to the hospitals operations.
