Richmond Villa
This involved the removal and replacement of the existing shingle roof to a two
storey heritage building in Kent St. Sydney whilst the building was occupied.


Gladesville Hospital
Refurbishment & fit out of Building 23 and Building 40 for Mental Health Services.
New lifts and air conditioning complimented the total refurbishment of these
heritage buildings.


Cumberland Hospital
Strip out of the existing two storey sandstone building including the removal of
internal asbestos linings and the complete refurbishment to create modern
offices and lecture rooms.
