The Promenade, Sans Souci

Darlinghurst Units
The removal of steel framed windows and replacement with aluminium in a 4 storey apartment block. This project was difficult to access and required the application of a waterproof membrane to the exterior of the building whilst fully occupied.

The complete renovation and addition to a free standing terrace with high quality joinery, fixtures and fittings throughout.

McKell Building Redfern
This project for the Department of housing involved the complicated removal of the sewer and stormwater stacks to 284 occupied units.
The site project team was involved in continual consultation with all parties to bring this project to its successful completion.

Northbridge Residence
The work comprised the extensive renovation of an existing art deco home to a modern high quality luxury executive residence. Some of the features included gymnasium, 5 car garaging, heated pool and spa, 6 bathrooms, dumb waiter, inclinator and state of the art security, lighting and electrics.
